We provide bespoke oyster bars for a range of indoor and outdoor events from weddings to corporate functions and private parties.
Our service can be tailored to your requirements, and our fully trained staff work seamlessly alongside primary caterers at larger events.
Sourcing directly from UK oyster farmers ensures our oysters are of the highest quality and extremely fresh when we shuck them at your event.
Our mobile oyster bar can be set up in very limited space indoors or outdoors, and we do not require any kitchen facilities.
We will tailor our offer to your requirements, but typically include:
- Pacific oysters
- Mignonette (shallot vinaigrette)
- Tabasco, lemons, condiments

Weddings
We can set up our mobile oyster bar at your wedding venue, shucking fresh oysters for your guests. We can provide waiting staff if you would like the oysters to be served to your guests as hors d'oeuvres.
